Returns Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of alcohol products and international import regulations, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The product was damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • The product has a verifiable quality defect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles
  • Products returned without original packaging and provenance documentation
  • Orders where the return window (14 days from delivery) has passed

Process

To initiate a return, contact orders@boozett.top with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Approved returns will be collected at our cost. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5鈥?0 business days of receipt and inspection.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us within 48 hours at orders@boozett.top. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
